Join us for our June Self Care Sunday at Malibu Beach! You can choose between a 3-mile run or a 1.5-mile walk, followed by a morning of connection, restoration, and breathwork led by Yeradmi.
Yera will guide us through a yin practice to soothe the nervous system and support the body towards a state of ease. This will be paired with breathwork and meditation practices, reminding us of the power of introspection and the importance of keeping our inner fire burning brightly.
After the activity, we'll have a relaxing picnic with food and drinks from ULA Cafe.
Please bring your own yoga mats and blankets. (If you don't have a yoga mat, please contact us for assistance!)

Yeradmi is a Somatic and Healing Arts Practitioner; offering an arsenal of modalities such as Meditation, Reiki, Thai bodywork, Restorative + Yin Yoga and Somatic Experiencing. Yera is also a full spectrum Doula, supporting families from pre-conception, to birth and through the tenderness of the postpartum phase. Holding space for slower practices has become Yera’s signature style as she is passionate about guiding her students and clients in feeling well resourced through intentional movement and tuning inward. Integrating breath and mind-body awareness is her holistic approach to supporting and embodying harmony within.
